By accessing, browsing, or using the Regal MICE platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue access to and use of our services.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the platform, including but not limited to visitors, registered users, customers, affiliates, partners, and content contributors.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on the platform.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any other authentication information associated with your account.

You agree to notify Regal MICE immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to, use of, or security breach involving your account. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of your account where necessary to protect the security of the platform and its users.

You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account unless such activities result directly from our negligence or a security failure within our systems. Regal MICE shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

You may not sell, transfer, assign, share, or otherwise permit any other person or entity to use your account without our prior written consent.

Any misuse of your account, including fraudulent, unlawful, misleading, or abusive activity, may result in temporary suspension, permanent termination, or other actions deemed appropriate by Regal MICE.

We recommend that you use a strong and unique password, keep your login details secure, and log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

Regal MICE reserves the right to require account verification and to suspend access where we reasonably suspect unauthorised activity or a security risk.

You agree not to use the platform in any manner that may interfere with, disrupt, damage, or impair the operation, security, or functionality of the platform, its servers, networks, or related systems.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Uploading, transmitting, or distributing viruses, malware, ransomware, spyware, or any other harmful code.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, network, database, or data associated with the platform.
• Circumventing, disabling, or interfering with security features or access controls.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or similar technologies to access, scrape, or collect information from the platform without our prior written consent.
• Impersonating any person or entity, or providing false or misleading information.
• Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, defamatory, harassing, or unlawful conduct.
• Interfering with another user's ability to access or enjoy the platform.
• Using the platform in violation of any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

Any use of the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or harmful purposes is strictly prohibited.

Regal MICE reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of these Terms & Conditions and may take any action deemed appropriate, including suspension or termination of accounts, removal of content, restriction of access, and cooperation with law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law.

Violations of this section may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your access to the platform without prior notice.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the platform, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion, where we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms & Conditions, misused the platform, engaged in unlawful activities, or acted in a manner that may harm Regal MICE, its users, or its business operations.

Where reasonably practicable, we may provide notice of suspension or termination. However, we reserve the right to take immediate action where necessary to protect the security, integrity, or operation of the platform.

Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use the platform and any associated services will immediately cease.

We may retain, delete, or anonymise account information in accordance with our legal obligations, operational requirements, and Privacy Policy. Where permitted by law, we are not obliged to maintain access to account data following termination.

You are responsible for maintaining copies of any information, documents, or content that you wish to retain. Regal MICE shall not be liable for any loss of data arising from account suspension or termination, except where required by applicable law.

Any provisions of these Terms & Conditions that are intended to survive termination, including but not limited to provisions relating to intellectual property, liability limitations, indemnities, and governing law, shall remain in full force and effect following termination.
